One stick. Every evening. That is the whole routine.

What actually happens when an indoor cat gets something it is allowed to chew.

01

The first evening

You hand over one stick. Most cats investigate it, bite it, and then keep going — the texture is fibrous rather than crunchy, so it shreds under the teeth instead of shattering. Some cats take it straight away, some walk off and come back later. Both are normal.

02

The first week

If the stick lands at the same time every evening, cats start to expect it. That is the part owners tend to report first — not a change in the cat, a change in the asking. She turns up.

Keep fresh water available and supervise the first few sessions so you can see how she handles it.

03

Week three and onwards

By then it is her habit rather than something you manage. Cats that used to go after houseplants and cables have somewhere else to point that instinct. Whether that holds depends on the cat — this is a chew, not a training programme.

What you are actually giving her

Format
Firm pressed chewable stick · 6 per pack
Made from
Barley cat grass, freeze-dried chicken, salmon, egg yolk, chicken hearts and liver, fish oil
Contains no
Grain fillers, artificial colours, artificial flavours
Intended for
Adult cats, alongside their normal diet

Cats with outdoor access are commonly seen grazing on grass and gnawing on stems. Indoor cats keep the habit and have fewer things made for it. That is the whole idea behind the product — nothing more clever than that.

What it is not

  • Not a replacement for veterinary dental care.
  • Not a treatment for hairballs, dental disease or digestive conditions.
  • Not a medicine. A cat showing symptoms needs a vet, not a treat.

Questions we get

How is it sold, and what does it cost?

It is sold as a monthly subscription: one pack of six sticks per month at $19.99 plus shipping, continuing until you cancel. New customers can currently get the first pack for $0 and pay only shipping — that first order is what starts the subscription.

The full price and the subscription terms are shown again on the product page and at checkout before you pay anything.

How do I cancel?

In your account portal, or by emailing support@maostix.com. No minimum term, no cancellation fee, no phone call. Cancel before the next renewal date and you are not charged again.

What if my cat ignores it?

Email support within 90 days of the order and you get a refund of the amount you paid. Full terms are in the refund policy.

How often should she get one?

One stick a day is what most owners settle on, which is why a pack of six lasts about a week for a single cat. There is nothing to measure out and nothing to mix.
